Virtual Server 2005 R2 Allows multiple virtual machines to run versions of Windows on a single server. Standard Edition for servers with up to 4 processors, Enterprise Edition for servers with up to 32 processors.
Operations Manager 2007   With support for WS-Management, role-based security and Active Directory integration. Replaces Operations Manager 2005 SP1.
Host Integration Server 2006   Better support for .NET Framework and for exposing host applications as Web Services.
SQL Server 2008

New data visualisation and charting tools. Native support for spatial data. Codenamed 'Katmai'. Replaces SQL Server 2005 SP1.
Exchange Server 2007 SP1
Features new management console, support for Unified Messaging, 64-bit deployment and new anti-spam and anti-virus features, as well as improved Outlook Web Access. Replaces Exchange Server 2003 SP2.

Small Business Server 2003

R2

Includes Windows Server 2003, SharePoint Services, technology from Exchange Server 2003 and Office Outlook 2003. Premium Edition adds SQL Server 2005 Workgroup Edition, Office FrontPage 2003, and technology from ISA Server 2004. Replaces Small Business Server 2000.

ISA Server 2006   Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2006 replaces ISA Server 2004. Now part of Forefront Edge Security and Access.
BizTalk Server 2006

Microsoft's tool for integrating and orchestrating applications features greater integration with VS.NET. Replaces BizTalk Server 2004 adding support for SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2005.
Expression Studio 2   Suite of tools for designing graphics and user interfaces based on XAML. Comprises Expression Web, Blend, Design, Media and Encoder. Includes support for PHP and for Silverlight.

Visual Studio 2008

Includes Visual Basic, Visual C++ and C#. Supports .NET Framework 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5. Replaces Visual Studio 2005.

Visual FoxPro 9.0

Replaces Visual FoxPro 8.0 SP1.
